Spread over a large area, the sophisticated infrastructure facility of the Narsipur & Sons Manufacturing Division consists of:

A modern manufacturing unit, equipped with facilities like Turning (conventional and CNC), Milling, Grinding, Drilling, Broaching, Gear Hobbing, Cear Shaving, Lapping Spot Welding, Coil Winging, Bench Presses, Power Hacksaw. The unit is also equipped with specialized measuring equipment including pneumatic gauges, micrometers and other gear testing equipments like lead and profile tester to aid the manufacturing process.
A state of the art Quality control department equipped with standard inspection techniques and in-process inspection procedures to keep rejections to a minimum
A fully equipped Research & development wing to design clutches and gears to suit special requirements and support new innovations and the company’s efforts to provide new designs and products.
